Colorado Parks and Wildlife Needs Your Help

Find Appropriations Committee members below and ask for their support for Senate Bill 143.

I want to thank each of you for your involvement in and support of the Hunting, Fishing, and Parks for Future Generations Act (Senate Bill 143, Your outreach efforts made a significant impact. The Senate Finance Committee unanimously passed the bill, 5-0, on Tuesday, Feb.13. It will be heard next in Senate Appropriations.

We ask that you continue to contact legislators, most importantly the members of the Senate Appropriations Committee, to voice your support for the Future Generations Act before the bill is up for a vote. The bill has not yet been scheduled, but it could be heard early next week. The Appropriations Committee does not allow testimony during the committee hearing, so your outreach prior to the vote is critical.
